About me
Hi! I’m Denise Leurs, a Dutch creative based in Gothenburg, Sweden. Born and raised in South Holland near Leiden, I spent much of my time in Rotterdam, drawn by its vibrant culture, design scene. A few years ago, I moved to Sweden to live with my partner, and I’ve since built my career here as a digital content designer.
What I do
I am a Digital Brand Content Designer with 3 years of professional experience in e-commerce and product branding. I’ve worked with brands such as Go North Group, Freya & Thor of Sweden, and Kala Health, creating everything from Amazon A+ content, campaign graphics, and website visuals to product retouching, infographics, and B2B materials.

I’m known for being an independent and adaptable team player, thriving in fast-paced environments where deadlines are tight and collaboration is key. My expertise lies in Adobe Creative Suite, photo editing, and visual storytelling, and I’m passionate about shaping designs that not only look beautiful but also increase engagement and conversion rates.

For me, design and fashion are both forms of self-expression, ways to tell stories, evoke emotions, and connect with people. That’s why I’m always proactive in adapting to new trends while staying true to a brand’s identity.
Beyond design
When I’m not designing, you’ll probably find me exploring new places. Traveling is one of my biggest sources of inspiration. I love discovering different cultures, trying local food, and bringing that energy into my creative work.
Horse and cat Girl!
I’m also a lifelong horse and cat lover. Back in the Netherlands, I raised my own foal into a strong and goofy pony with a heart of gold. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and they continue to inspire me with their personality and character.
And just to keep life dynamic, while working as a designer, I also spent some time at Uniqlo in Gothenburg, where I enjoyed connecting with people and helping them express themselves through fashion.
